Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING: Items will be processed and shipped within 10 days of paying your invoice.
RETURNS/DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: All sales are final. We carefully inspect our products for damage prior to shipping them to ensure you receive the highest quality. If the item appears to have been damaged during shipping, you will be advised to please file a claim with the shipping company. The Neighborhood Nest is not responsible for any broken items or damage that happened during shipping.
In the event that an item is found to be defective upon receipt, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve your issue. If your item is found to be defective by a Neighborhood Nest Manager, we ask you to please mail your item to:
